HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
We want you to feel secure when buying with us, therefore, we offer you different ordering options. You may order online, which is easy, safe and fast. This is available 24 hours, 365 days. You can make any change you want and review your order carefully before submitting it. You may call us, at 1-800-979-9760 Monday to Friday 9 -6 PM CST. Or you may email your order if you prefer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once logged in, either retail, wholesale or distributor prices will be displayed next to each product description, along with picture and specifications, according to your type of account. If for any reason you would like to confirm a price, you are welcome to do so by calling us at 1-800-979-9760 Monday to Friday 9 – 6 PM. But feel confident that prices shown on your account will always be correct.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. Please follow the instructions after your purchase in order to submit your payment securely, using any of these options. You may also provide your credit card information when you place an order by phone. Please note that the charge will appear as Space Enterprises in your credit card statement. Net terms are offered to wholesale and distribution accounts following credit application and review.
After you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, with the subject “New Order”. This email constitutes your receipt, so do not delete it. This email will also contain your order information such as Billing, Payment, Shipping Address and Shipping method. If you do not receive this email in less than 24 hours after placing the order, or if any of the information in the email is not correct, please contact us at 1-800-979-9760. Once your order is shipped you will also receive an email with the tracking information.
We do not charge sales tax, except for orders going to Texas. Please note that we are not responsible for individual states, sales tax reporting laws, pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state’s regulations before you shop.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Orders meeting size and weight requirements of parcel carriers will be shipped by parcel carriers (via UPS ground, FedEx or USPS). Orders requiring motor freight carrier handling will be shipped palletized and probably wood crated. In case you need a lift gate (a type of crane to bring items to the floor from the truck), you may do so by paying a $50.00 fee for the entire order. For international addresses or addresses outside continental US, additional shipping fees applies. Processing time on each order is 48 hours, calculated from the time we receive your order to the time your order is shipped. Please add the transit time estimated from the shipping company from our facility to yours which may vary between 2 – 7 days, depending on destination.
We may offer free shipping on some of our products, and/or during promotions.
No returns will be accepted unless authorized in advance and in writing by a representative of the company. Due to the food nature of our products, we are limited in the window to accept returns to a maximum of 15 days, unless the product is defective or recalled. Please see our Return shipping policy
CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE AND DAMAGE
We at Worldofchia.com carefully inspect and pack all orders before shipping. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. If such loss or damage occurs, please save the carton and packing materials and notify us immediately. It is imperative that you do not sign the BOL (Bill of Lading) as “freight free and clear” if visible damage appears on the cartons. As a benefit to our customers, if you notify us within 2 days from delivery and send us a copy of the BOL (bill of lading or proof of delivery) along with a brief description of the problem, we will credit, refund or replace at our earliest convenience. You may contact our customer service department at 1-800-979-9760 in order to notify shortages or problems, or to request assistance to file a claim.
Most of our orders ship complete, or at least 95% complete. If we are out of stock on any item at the time your order is shipped, we will not back order automatically. If your order is received incomplete and you need it complete, please place a new order as soon as possible.
Due to the natural profile our products, it is normal that variations in color, texture and flavor may occur. This is proof of authentic naturally crafted products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, don’t hesitate to contact us. It is in our best interest to guarantee 100% satisfaction to all our customers.
