PB&J Protein Oats

Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup rolled oats
Dash of sea salt
2 tablespoon hemp seeds
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 cup powdered peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons World of Chia Fruit Spread, flavor of your choice
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons sliced bananas

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat bring 1 cup milk to a simmer then stir in 1/2 cup oats and a dash of sea salt reduce heat to low medium and cook for for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

2. Then add in the hemp seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, powdered peanut butter, 1 tablespoon World of Chia Fruit Spread, 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts and mix well.

3. Top oatmeal with sliced bananas, remaining walnuts and drizzle the World of Chia Fruit Spread on top.
